  I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Sean, Stacey, and Bryton were all wonderful to deal with. They all kept me up to date on what was going on and did it faster than I could have imagined. They even went in much earlier than the shop opened to finish up my car so I could pick it up and still make it to work. They go above and beyond. My car looks as great, if not better than when I bought it. To top it all off, they have an adorable dog as a greeter. Thanks again CSN.

  My wife had the unfortunate experience of having a gravel truck dump large rocks on the highway as she was heading home from work. The complete front of her 2009 Mini Cooper JCW was peppered with rock chips and dents, even with a full 3M protection. Sean (owner of CSN) and his team were professional and prompt in getting all the parts ordered and the work started. When we picked up the car after the repair, the mini looked new again and the workmanship was perfect (I don't use that word lightly). CSN did not do the usual "blending" on the paint to hide the usual slight change in paint colour. Instead they took the time to match the paint on the fenders and hood so that you can't tell any difference in the colour. Job well done! This service, in my opinion, is what the standard should be for all collision repair facilities.

  What was above and beyond was that during the repair, my wife and I were out of town on holidays. We had ordered tires from Costco and they needed to be mounted as Costco does not store online purchased tires. CSN took the mini to Costco for us and picked it up as well after the work was done. To top everything off, the CSN Team all got together and bought a beautiful flower arrangement for my wife, as they found out that her mom passed away suddenly when we were out of town.
